Online Ordering

Hi Ladies unfortunatley I came across a web site to order my butterfly memo pad and clips. Well, I've been waiting for my order, I recieved an email confirmation and tracking number that does NOT work. I attempted to contact the site and there is no phone number or email address. They simply suggest you fill out this bogus form and they will get back to you. Please be VERY VERY careful when ordering online. I even googled the address of the place and it does not exist, I just so happened to google the companies name and there was a review:

Do not recommend this place. I placed an order at the beginning of August and still have not received it. I have tried to contact this company through email and by phone and there is NEVER any response from anyone.

They get you by offering free shipment, cheaper prices and a lifetime coupon.

I'm currently in the process of disputing my order with my bank.

always check the tool bar when you are making an order... make sure it says https: and not just http:

that's how you know it's a secure site. a lot of secure sites will even have a green tool bar to let you know, it's a go.

it has the https and the lock sign at check out thats weird that they say its secure and it says it goes through yahoo are you sure its the right sight? if so they are doing a good job on scamming people/

Just goes to show that you should NEVER order from an unknown company without a phone number.... that is a big tip off that something just isn't right.  

My sister had a problem with one online company when planning her wedding.  No contact number or address just some form to fill out on the website.  When googled, the site had many negative reviews.   Luckily for her, she eventually got everything straighten out and got the products but  only after alot of worry and anxiety (apparently the lady who ran the site claimed to be 'on vacation').
