yes I did. Pull out the plastic , I figure since we are going to be outside and all ,and this is a semi casual event ,we could get away with this,we'll have an easy clean up and not have to worry about anyone dropping the china outside and breaking anything.No glass for anyone to get hurt over .

I'm having clear plastic too..and my wedding is not outside. We are having a fajita spread, so china or fanciness is NOT necessary.

Have you seen the plastic silverware that looks REAL...it's soo weird b/c you expect it to be metal and when you pick it up it's not.
