If that's not an option...maybe don't have as much contact with them. The only thing they have to be involved getting fitted for their dresses and then the day of.
Maybe your MOH could talk to them. Sometimes the postivie people can drown out the negativity of the others.
I have been lucky with the girls I chose to be part of our day but I know that my sister, my MOH, would be happy to have a serious chat with them if they were being party poopers!
