Wedding Reception - So...it has been a while and so much has been done...

So...it has been a while and so much has been done...

I will try to cover everything...We took engagement photos last month, so we should get them soon. The hall is booked, the flowers have been picked. the centerpices are ready to go and the DJ is almost booked...we have two to pick from. I've been a busy little bride for the past month or so. I had some much in my mind I had to start writing everything down...that helps so much. I get a new idea. I write it down, then once a week I start pricing the idea to see if it fits in my budget. A lot of things don’t fit but the good thing is that it is early and I have plenty of time to reprice the stuff I just cant give up.

Anyway....here are some pics of the stuff that I have picked out :)

I love all of it! Especially the place tags... what a cute idea! I'm like you, writing down ideas constantly, I have scraps of paper and notebooks everywhere! Well good luck with putting the rest together.

I LOVE all of your ideas...but hey I'm a beach themed bride too, so what's not to love right??!! Those centerpieces in the 1st pic are absolutely gorgeous...I think if there's anything that you have to reprice to make sure if fits in your budget, then that definitely needs to be one of them!! The place cards are really cute too and that would be a very simple DIY project....hey I'm actually getting married NEXT FRIDAY (OMG!!!....WOOO HOOO) and I'll have a TON of seashells left if you might want to buy them from me??!! Just let me know!! Anyways, I looked at your blog and I saw that you were gonna have a beach themed wedding ON the beach, but now it's gonna be at a country club...we're in the same boat too lol!! We're having an indoor beach themed wedding...it's just WAY TOO HOT down here in Alabama in the month of August, so we definitely knew that we just HAD to have an indoor wedding but we still really wanted to have beach themed wedding!! Anyways, too bad you haven't been around this site in over a month cause we could've shared a ton of ideas...but now it's almost time for me to get married!!! So just let me know if you need any help with anything and I'll have a ton of beach themed stuff available after the wedding if you think you might wanna buy any of it!! I'm adding you to my faves so we can hopefully keep in touch!! ;-)

Oh I love love love... your center pieces. That table setup is definitely a hit. I'm going to steal this idea too, I've been trying to find ways of going around how expensive flowers can be, Real or fake. Well maybe down here in South Africa. You'll be surprised that we have a lot of safaris and natural styff but they are pricey...
