This is stubbysgirl's Orange Wedding!

We are going to have a table specifically for his two boys (it was my aunt's idea, and I really love it). On the table will be their favorite foods and some decor. I think it's going to be really cute once it's done, and there will definately be a wide variaty of food for people to try, from fried catfish to 3 different types of cheesecake, chips, cheese dip, specific types of fruit, etc. I just realized today (with only 11 days to go) that I never got anything to decorate their table. So we are using a lime green cloth, the boys club house plaque in the middle of the table. Half the table will be basketball (for the 15 yr old the other half baseball for the 13 yr old. On the basketball frame, it has 2 spots for 2x3 picture and 3x2 - in one i'm going to print up his high school mascot with the initials of the school and his jersey number. The other one i'm going to use a picure of him from one of last years games. The baseball frame of course will have the 13 yrs olds pic in it. I also bought a wooden baseball and wooden basketball that will go to the side of the frame either a little to the back or in the front. But i'm going to paint the stem on the basketball white and base baby blue (his school colors) with the initials of his highschool and the mascot name on the basketball itself and his number on the base. THe wooden baseball will have a black stem and base with the writing in red (the other one's school colors) his will also have the school initials and mascot name on the top but on the base i'm going to put his first initial and last name.

We are going with a tropical theme, very laidback outdoor wedding. The colors are mainly hot pink and orange. Any suggestions or pics would be greatly appreciated, I'm slightly stuck on centerpieces at this time. update, My aunt had some steps poured leading up to the gazebo, and is having sod put down at this very moment, it's going to be amazing! I'm so excited.

I'm not a crafty type of person, can't even draw a straight line... but after reading a thousand different posts, blogs, articles on diy, I decided to try my hand at it. Please be honest, if anything looks cheap or cheesy just let me know, I will not get offended. The Black and silver candles is for the grooms table. (I haven't attached the sticker yet, it'll be a little highter) The blue line stands for those in the field of law enforcement, the black represents those who have passed on, so it's basically a way of showing respect to those who have given their lives in the line of duty. And you can barely see it on here but to the right of the line is a *1 which means you only have One Ass to Risk, never get complacent and let your guard down. The table will be covered in a black tablecloth with a silver satin (either runner or swag) don't know which i'm going to try and do. the cake is round with the sides looking like the tread of a tire and the top has the harley davidson shield with a few flames and we are using a huge black knife to cut it (looks like a cross between an oversized pocket knife and a machette), there will also be a harly ceremic boot vase with Orange toss bouquet (which was my second time to ever make one of those things. Some black napkins I was able to design online that came out amazing, and they will be held down by stone harley coasters. and a little sheriff badge next to the candle display.
