We decided on a dessert buffet. Not everyone likes cake (crazy people) after all.
So we have decided on a small 6 inch cake for us to cut and feed each other, and then decided on 100 cupcakes with a fuchsia flower on top of each one.
Then surrounding our cake and cupcakes, my mom is making her famous chocolate chip cookies, and I am getting 6 dozen jelly donuts. The donuts specifically because of the fuchsia, pinky color of the jelly.
Plus I am thinking of doing small squares of fudge on the tables.

My ring is white gold, with 26 small diamonds lining the top, and both sides of the ring. And in the center, is a marquee diamond. All together its 1 and 1/4 karats.

I bought my dress in September, at Alfred Angelos. It's a gorgeous offwhite/cream color (diamond white, to be exact) with a vinatage beaded look. The dress has a low waist, around my hips, and comes together with a beaded piece that seems to hold the dress side together. It has a medium length train, covered with a lacy bodice. It's gorgeous, and of course the last one I tried on at the store. But it's perfect and gives me an hour glass figure.

I came home, was walking up the stairs, and on the stairs was a letter. He wrote about how we had only been together for a short time, but he knew how much he loved me and how we were supposed to be together. And the last sentence in the letter was, "And I have only one question to ask you..."
And on the floor as I walked into the house were pages he had written individual words on. Each one had the words "Will" "You" "Marry" "Me?" on them.
And sitting on the table was the ring, in a gorgeous wooden box, surrounded by candles with a glass of champagne next to it. Instantly, I started crying. And was looking for him, and there he was standing in the door way, with a sheepish look on his face.

Later, he told me he secretly knew I would say yes, but he was still nervous.

He could not have done a better job.

I think I have officially decided on cream peonies. My main wedding color is fuchsia. My dress is off white so I decided to add cream to certain things, like the flowers and decorations. I love peonies, how big and fresh they are, and not to mention how delicious they smell. Any other ideas for flowers to go with peonies? I was thinking maybe fuchsia roses in some parts....?

My dress is a vintage looking diamond white/cream color. So I am really trying to get everything to look vintage.
