Alright, the title is a little on the shocking side, I know, but I don't know what else to call it! Plus, I got your attention...haha!

I absolutely am in LOVE with my ring. So, on the day of the wedding, I want to take some different types of pics just showcasing my ring!

I have been searching on different websites and have been seeing what other brides have been doing to showcase his/her wedding rings. I have found some really neat ideas! One idea that I think that I'm going to take is the one with the ring on the heel of the shoe! I think the scrable one of LoVe is great too, it is really unique! I also liked the rings in the flowers! I'm going to have greber daisies, so that one may be a keeper!

I've been trying to think of something that is singificant to either my FH and I that I could bring with me to the church to take a pic with the rings. I can't think of anything else, my mind is just drawing a blank!

Have any of you thought about taking just pics of your wedding rings? If so share your ideas that you have, what are you planning on bringing, or do you have any other ideas that you have heard of before! Your thoughts are much appreciated:)

I like the scrabble one too. I've seen heaps of cool ones hanging on branches or creatively placed in flowers. You could go with M&Ms or jellybeans instead of the gummy bears for more of a visual impact.

my photographer will definitely be doing shots of our rings.  but im just going to let her do her thing and do whatever inspires her.  when she shot my friends wedding we had a bowl of cherries for snacking on in the morning while getting ready and she used that.  absolutely gorgeous picture from it, so red and delicious with her pretty ring.  so i plan on letting her do as she pleases.

hannikay - The gummy bears one is a fun one!  Who doesn't like candy.....yummo!!

mrsqueen - M&M's would be great , especially becuase of the vibrant colors!  Plus, chocolate is my favorite food group:)

pamnandy - The bowl of cherries would be pretty neat.  I think the deep red would really make a ring pop!  

I just hope I can find to personalize it more to us and our interests....hmmmm...the possiblities....

i def love this idea..i totally know what ur saying about personalizing it...We are the type of couple wanting to show off our personalities and want everything meaning :) i thought about the "ring porn" shots (lol) some ideas we came up with our; my rings around my stethoscope because I am a hard working proud RN and take it with pride, and he has been there since day one of my school and career, he use to stay up late with me helping me study :) another is we both like shooting guns, i bought him a really nice shot gun which is his second live of his life lol so he wants a few shots with his gun so we thinking of putting our rings around the barrel or something like that...i love red roses ( my wedding flowers) so def some with roses. theres so many ideas i have, this is just to name a few :) but i def want my photographer as well to let her mind run wild and get in some creative spontaneous shots, because we are creative spontaneous people :) good luck sweetie!

nursekc909- I think you guys have some neat ideas that will be a lot more personalized to you as a couple!  It sounds like you have a really supportive financee and all, since he was helping you with nursing school:)  The shot gun and the roses will defnitely make some interesting shots of your rings:)  Thanks girl!
