Organization is Key to a Happy and Stressfree Life!

Lately, I have been stopping on the DIY's for our wedding and focusing more on setting up appointments with the baker, caterers, musicians, and transportation! I have been a busy bee with all of those things! Next week, I'm going to be kicking wedding planning into high gear because I'll be close to the 2 week mark:) Yipppeeeee!!!!!

I'm super lucky that I have an awesome friend/bridesmaid that will be helping next week! I plan on organizing all of my decor in different totes according to which table it should be on. I want to make a list of things that should be on each table and attach it to the tote(s) along with a mock-up picture of what it should look like! My fabulous friend is going to help me out with this! Here's to clutter-free wedding decor and less stress!

On top of that, I have two hair appointments, makeup appointment, appointment with the musician for the ceremony, 2nd meeting at the venue, and working on my slideshow and programs. So, I won't have a whole lotta time next week! I'm just trying to get everything sorted out and organized before it gets too close to the wedding! Then I will have less to worry about as I get closer! Let's just cross our fingers that not too many other things will come up that I forgot about:o

sounds like you've been super busy!! I love the idea of putting the stuff in totes and having a picture of how it's supposed to be set up.I'm meeting with my planner soon so I hope I can explain to her how I want everything set up then. i might take your advice though and put a attach a picture just to be sure they understand how I want it set up. Luckily I don't have a whole lot though, flip flops are already in the tub, along with the sparklers, reserved seating signs are pretty easy too, not sure how you can mess them up lol my table cards will be attached to seashells so that's not super hard either... so excited for you though girl! your day is coming so fast!!!!!

I've been trying to keep myself busy, especially since I have ALOT of free time:) Hopefully, the lists, mock-ups, and pictures go over smoothly tomorrow:) I don't blame you for doing the same thing even though you have a planner! That way she or who ever she has helping her will have your vision. I'm sure they would appreciate it too!

I can't believe we're already to 19 days! it goes by too quickly, as you probably already know, especially since your wedding is creeping up too!

19 days!! ahhhh!! My wedding is 38 days away.. and THAT feels crazy..!
