This is sweebies's Chocolate Wedding!

Things are starting to come together and I could not be happier... All the dresses are in. They look beautiful. I put the tags I ordered on the dresses and on the back wrote their name and size to try and keep them all straight!

well I should be doing homework right now. I can not stop thinking about wedding plans... I think i am obsessed. uhh ohh!

I think I want my bridesmaids to have Red Roses because that would go beautifully against the brown and yellow dresses. I think i will carry all white roses. maybe use some red berries? I'm not quite sure yet... ideas are very welcome!

I love the cake in the main picture! So pretty! Love the color and the simplicity. The second cake pictured is a great idea... an easy cake with flowers on top! The last is a choclate cake, I love the colors in this also. It would match my fall theme! :)

My parents actually picked out all of the jewelry for the bridesmaids! Yay for them! They have great style! The earrings and Necklace are David Yurman style just like the picture! I love it! My girls are going to be so beautiful!!

I have this thing for colors! haha! Well the bridesmaid dresses are chocolate brown you can see those below, and for shoes I was thinking bright and beautiful. I think it would be fun if they all wore different shoes, similar styles, and colors that are in my theme.... (fall colors) My second thought was to pick to main colors like yellow and red and alternate every other one. These shoes are from J.Crew.

I did things a little backward. I bought the bridesmaid dresses first! haha! They were such a good deal I could not pass them up! So now the search for my dress is on! I found one online that I absolutely ADORE! but they are so much different when trying them on! I am excited to actually go to the store and try it on!

I asked miss emily herrmann to be my jr bridesmaid! She is actually 5 years younger than me. I grew up with emily and I loved spending time with her family. I wanted her and her family to appart of the day! I just ordered her dress tonight!!!! It is so pretty !

This was the first dress I found from J.crew. When I first saw them they were pretty expensive. Over 200. Just the other day they were down to 120. I love these dresses. So simple but the details are amazing. The color is perfect! My girls are going to look sooo beautiful in these dresses! If you are looking for dresses check these out, hurry because they are running out. They come in really pretty colors!

My first idea for the reception was to rent a tent, but I love the idea shown in the picture of having it in a barn. Decorated beautifully. I just don't know where I can find one :) hehe!

I love this hair style. I want my hair up so it doesn't bother me. But I love the messy - natural look. I like the hair accent shown but I will probably have something more earthy like flowers....

It all started with the ring….it had to be perfect. And then the plan. How in the world can I propose so it would be perfect and she would never forget it? Finally I had an idea and a perfect opportunity. It was the morning of Nov 24th, I decided this was the day! I started sending text messages and calling Allison and asked her for help. She said that she was in, and she was almost more excited than me. She said she would let me know when Erin's shower was almost over. I also decided to call my friends to get some help with my master plan! It was about 7 pm and getting dark and my two trooper friends met and we drove on to the ramp to I69 at the 73 mile marker. I was on the phone with Ashley and she told me that she was out with Allison and was on her way home I asked her if she had anything to drink at the shower and she said she had a glass of wine….. (hahaha) Allison called me as said "it's almost time, are you nervous?" Mile marker 89, 86, 79... and the whole time my stomach was going crazy I was sweating and my mouth was so dry then it was 75, 74 I hung up the phone with Allison told my buddies to watch out and there she was driving by us in her little silver bug with a headlight out- so all three trooper cars took off. Both other trooper cars got infront of me and I was waiting for the lights to come on and it seemed like forever. Finally red and blue lights and everyone began to move to the shoulder hahaha we got her. But now its all up to me I saw a trooper walk up to her car and ask her for her drivers license and registration he got it and came back to his car and I snuck up to Allison’s car and told her "my stomach hurts so bad!" Her camera was flashing and my phone rang I opened it up and it was Ashley.. hahaha IGNORE..i saw him walk back to her car and talk to her for a minute and he got her out of the car for a field sobriety test. She got out and put her hands on top of the bug. Then I walked around from behind her car and she said “IS THIS FOR REAL” I talked to her and said "ASHLEY…………………………………………………………… will you marry me?!" She said "yes!" I have never felt so good and so happy or in love. Ashley you amaze me everyday, you are so loving, caring, and truly are my bestfriend. I love u - David

Instead of rice or bubbles I am going to have sparklers... They sell the extra long ones made just for weddings. I think they burn up to a minute. I think it would be a beautiful send-off!

I have been thinking of a unique way to ask my bridesmaids instead of just calling them! I bought these tags off of ETSY ( all things handmade). I encourage you to check out the site!

From bustling your gown to fetching relatives for photos, your bridesmaids' wedding-day work is never done. I have always wanted an outdoor night reception, and I am trying to find decorations that would be easy to make ourselves. I found some really cool ideas for candle holders! My colors are chocolate brown and light purple. I would tie maybe gold ribbons around the candle, isntead of what the picture shows.
