Ok so here is the deal, my wedding is going to be in november, so I thought it would be nice to make personal pies for each person (minature pies in other words) as a take home favor. I am sure the out of towners will especially enjoy this treat later back at the hotel. I need help figuring out how to make over 100 minature pies in pecan, pumpkin, and apple. I mean I know how to make the fillings but how do I make them minaure size? I have heard you can use muffin tins, but I don't know. Just thought maybe someone on here had done this before. HELP!

I love these colors and I have found some great ideas. Pink is my favorite all time color so it must be part of the best day of my life. Then my man just looks great in green so I would love some green, however we are having it in the fall so I felt I should invovle some color as to fall and my favorite of the list was orange. I have found some pictures of pink and orange flowers that were beautiful so I think it will work out great. If anyone has any ideas as to incorporating my colors plese let me know.
