Bridal Party?

I have 3 BM and 1 MOH. I wanted a small bridal party because I want a smaller wedding to what I'm used to. I'm portuguese and we are used to have anywhere between 300- 600 people at our weddings. I'm having under 200 and some people are taking that not very well. But it's my day and I only want people that really care about me there to celebrate it with me.

I am extremly close to my sister and her 2 kids, which I'm including in my bridal party as a RB and FG. I also have 3 other kids on my FH side that we wanted to include. One problem we had was our niece is autisic but we still wanted her to participate. We spoke to her parents and they were ok with her being part of it. We informed them that the day of if she is not up to walking down the isle, it would be ok, we just wanted her to be part of the wedding.

We have 2 other nefews that we want to include. I is 5 and fits in with the RB position but is super shy and the other is 10.

We don't know what to do with him? We need to include him so how but we only want adults as GM but he's to old to be a RB.

Any ideas?

can he hand out anything at the wedding?  guest book attendant...hand out programs?

i have a cousin who is at that age he's 12 so to include him he is going to escort people to their seats at the ceremony and say a reading. he is also really shy but seemed to be alright with this:)

Those are great ideas but I think he would get upset if he say his brother walking down the isle and not him. I was thinking maybe he could carry something but I don't know what, and if that will look wierd.
