We are not planning on having a flower girl and ring bearer(or any children at the weddding at all) but i till think that it would be nice if we hadd some one special bring down the rings...
WE got a dog 2 years ago and he is a huge part of our lives lets face it he is pretty much our baby boy, ... he is kind of well behaved and with a little practice would pull this off nicely

i dont think that's hill billy-ish at all! i think that is so adorable as long as he is good and wont get all excited and distracted by all of the people. i think that is awesome to put your dog in the wedding, it is way too sweet.

I don't think that is "hillbilly" at all! Many couple incorporate their pets into their wedding day - they are important members of the family after all! Maybe dress Shiloe up with a rhinestone collar and have the rings tied securely with a beautiful ribbon on the collar! Fabulous and definitely not "hillbilly!"

Our mum's think we're crazy for having our dog be the ring-bearer, but too bad. I've put my foot down on this one, he's going to be there.

We definitely wanted our dog Rowdy (who is actually not Rowdy at all, but that's the name he already had when we adopted him from the pound lol) to be our little "doggie ring bearer," but unfortunately our location won't allow pets!! I would say you should definitely go for it if your venue doesn't have a problem with it and since it sounds like he's so well behaved!! Do it for all of us brides who wanted to do this, but won't be able to...so we can live vicariously through your wedding lol!! Please take a ton of pics if you decide to do this!! ;-)
