shrimp cocktail appetizers

After going over some of my ideas with my cousin last weekend, she had the idea of doing shrimp cocktail for an appetizer... We'll see if it fits into my budget. I saw this pic on www.smartyhadaparty.com and think I might duplicate what they did, since my venue allows us to bring in food.

Just a heads up if you're doing these yourself...WalMart has peeled,cleaned, uncooked shrimp for like $3.50 a bag.
