Hi girls,
So 1 week ago I started a new diet and I can ALREADY see the effects. My clothes are fitting better, but best of all, my skin is looking better already, I feel better and lighter and I owe it all to NIDHAL! Thank you beautiful!
I started the Paleo diet a week ago when she told me how great the results were that she was getting. It has only been a week and I can see some.. I can't wait to see what the next couple of months hold for my skin especially!
But even my weight, I already feel lighter. I don't know pounds, I rarely use a scale, but I look at how I feel about myself.. my guess would be that I need to lose 15 to be where I want to be, but who knows lol.
The cool thing about this diet is that it is super healthy and therefore sustainable, as long as you do it properly. You do cut out grains so you have to be smart and take in lots of fruits and veggies to get your required carbs. You also cut out sugars and salts, and this makes an instant difference in your appearance.. I will keep you posted but week 1 is a success!
Thanks again nidhal! xoxoxoxoxo
Research it and see if it will work for you, but if you think you can, I would def recommend it. I can send you lots of info that nidhal sent me if you want. Just email :)
on another note - are you still planning on doing an engagement session with Tied? I cant decide and I feel like I am getting down to the wire lol
A concise explanation of the diet can be found here:

Oh and girl, I heart frozen blueberries!!! :) Yummz! Frozen grapes are good too but berries are better for you so I try and stick with those!
I'm not doing anything yet, but your post inspired me to get the ball rolling and go back to a diet I did a few years ago. Like this, you cut out processed foods/foods out of a box and stick more to fruits/veggies, lots of water, and protein like chicken, eggs, nuts, etc. The only major difference is I'll still be doing whole grains/carbs, and trying to do 6 small meals a day, just eating til I'm no longer hungry. 3 hours later, I'll be hungry again, so I'll eat a little more, just a different meal or snack.
The last time I did this I was amazed at how turned off I was by chips, candy, pop, etc. That only took a couple weeks. Instead I craved the stuff that was good for me!
Can you do quinoa? That stuff is SO good for you, and prepared right, is super yummy!
I laughed at your quinoa comment - when Nidhal first told me about this diet, that was my question too! I absolutely love quinoa but no it is not allowed. BUT potentially after I achieve certain goals, I can reintegrate one or two cheat meals per month with some sushi or some quinoa lol - would still keep the grains super healthy! But until I give this a decent shot, no quinoa for me!
nicolee@rolfesza.com, thanks so much. And congrats on the good process.
