Problems with Darling Damask..Anyone Else Having These Issues??

My orginal plan was to purchase or rent damask runners from Darling Damask for my wedding in April. People have raved about the company, and I was so excited that I had found a company that actually made the runners and had reasonable prices. The problem I have run into, is I have contacted them three times (twice through e-mail and once through the contact page on their website) and I have not heard back from them. I originally wanted to purchase or rent a couple of runners to use at my food tasting and decor run through that is being done today, to make sure that I like the damask pattern I had picked out from their website, but no one from the company ever responded to me. So not only do I not have runners for the decor run through today, but I am also quite worried that they are not going to be a realiable source for me to get runners from for my wedding. Is anyone else having this problem? What do you all think I should do?? What other companies are you all using to obtain your damask runners?

I ordered one damask table square from them 2 months before my wedding to see ig I liked them and then if I did I would order more  . When I did not receive it when a month went by I contacted them wondering where it was. They were very accommodating when I told them it has not arrived yet and I would not be able to use the squares for my wedding due to time constraints. They reimbursed me for my full purchase and said they would resend it free of charge. When it did not come again, I emailed them back to let them know and they offered me free rentals on anything in their store. I thought that was amazing! It was 2 weeks before my wedding at this time so I was not able to use them. After the wedding I emailed them just asking them to send me the damask square so I could have as a momento from my wedding, but they have not replied back. Before when I was conversing with them they got back to me within a day or so. So I am not sure what is going on there, if they have had staff turn around or what. I thought I would share my story with you. Yes they did not send my item on time, but they were willing to stand behind their mistake. They seem like a good company to go with, but hard to get a hold of at the moment. I hope you find a company that will work for you.
