Wedding Dress
sooooo excited :)

Ahhhh i know we have 16 months but i just wanna start making stuff i have so many ideas for wine glasses for girls, isle runner, flowers, invites, ect My ? for you girls is when did u go dress shopping how far in advance i was thinking of going in may or june so that puts it one year out :) is that to soon? should i wait longer?
Thing is i am never an organized person but i am soo excited that i made my own planner, have done our budget, guest list, and just wanna start working on some stuff :)
I will post pics of some of my ideas...this dress is what i want love the mermaid style :)

If you got ideas in your head and ready to get started, than go for it!!!  It really is never too early to start planning.  As for the dress, a year out is good.  Dresses usually take about 5-7 months to arrive anyway.

I think that's a good time. I think its good that you are starting to look at the kind of dress styles you like. I think going actual dress shopping a year before the wedding is perfect....most dresses take 4-6 months to come in.

I say go for it but ummm dont listen to me...I bought a dress with two yrs to go....and one yr later....it went from being my wedding dress to my reception gown...and now I have two. But honestly....it allowed me to pick two amazingly beautiful dresses and not break the bank. I bought one really early....paid it off since it was over my original dress budget....then I went and found another and with twelve months left...I was able to pay it off...so if you are ready to get it all going....by all means...GET IT GOING girl!!!!

Yes a year in advance is perfect, just enough time to know what you want and not change your mind a million times.  When you buy too early that's a big risk the next line coming out and thinking awh man I want that one, so 1year is perfect!!

I agree with the other girls, go for it!!! I didn't buy my dress until 8 months before, but I had a vision, and I also had alot of DIY projects done a year out, it was very helpful to not be rushed!! Have fun with it! :)
