So Much has Happened
Hello Ladies,

Well with 19 days and counting to our special day. So much has happened. I had my beatiful Bridal with the Sex and the city Theme. Guest what the one person with ta camera was my FMIL and I have to get the pics from her.

I had my dress fitting and to say the least was not the greatest. I ended up having to put straps on my gown. Because of the BOOBS. I was a bit dissapointed but oh well, the gown still looks great.

Lastly, I am getting over a struggle with bronchitis. And it sucks.

But things are coming into place. I will say this though, planning this wedding has been an eye opener about who will stand for you when you need them, I don;t like to complain, but I have been so dissapointed by my Bridesmaids. Except for one or two. People will do what they want when they want.

I will definately be reevaluating some of these relationships after the big day. But until then, not allowing anyone to STEAL my joy. My motto, God gave this to me and I won;t let you steal it.

Hello WBC Brides,


Is it me or are you also being followed by the man in the orange suit. Yes his name is HUNGRY!!! I have been trying my best not to get stressed, but its starting to get to me and instead of turning into a Bridezilla, I have turned to FOOD. I will tell you that Mcdonald's is the new crack. I have been through the drive thru four times last week.


HELP ME!!! It did not dawn on me until the guty at the drive-thru was acting like he already knew my order.

I am just venting. Keep me in prayer ladies. I do not need to gain any weight. My fitting is scheduled for 9/8/10.

60 Days
I cannot believe I have 60 days left. I waw just telling FH taht where did June and July go. I am trying my best to stay calm. Last night, my sister and mom spent four hours getting the invites together to go out in the mail. I spent another hour resticking stamps that my Mom had stuck on crooked. God Bless Her!!!
I swear in seems that new things come up each day. things that I had not thought about. Like MAKE-up. I am not a complete plain jane but make-up is not included in my daily routine. So I am on the hunt for a make-up artist to come to the hotel. The good thing I think I found one.

So I have much to tackle tommorow. I want so BAD to complain, but I am just going to breathe. I survived childbirth I know I can get through this.

Wedding Favors
There here, there here Cd Covers
My Samples came in today, and I LOVE them. I did not want to order the wrong color purple so I ordered both lilac and eggplant. I love them so much that I am going to order half and half.

Our Cd will be inside with a special thank you note from FH and I.

The question is who recieves a favor. Does each attendee at the reception get a favor or is it one favor per couple. Please help me with my favor etiquette. I could see if it was candy, but two CD's going to one household. Not sure ! these covers were not cheap and I don't want to waste.

Also, Shayne is responsible for my beautiful sticker mongram. YEAH SHAYNE!!!!

Is the shoe just as important as the dress.
Well, I previously posted about some shoe from Overstock. com. Well they came and......Well they are just not what I expected. I thought the satin would be softer looking, plus they has a couple smudges on them. So I am back to the drawing board and out 75.00 since I missed the return period(I think, will check into that) So my question is....IS THE SHOE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE DRESS? when I find the shoe should I have the WOW moment like i did when i found my gown.


I still have the Paris Hilton Bonita on standby...

Ok, I went to Michaels with Coupon in hand. I found a nice set of DIY invitaions. I met a young lady in Michaels who stated that instead of using a home computer you couls go to Kinkos or staples. Well before buying, I went to Kinkos, who said it would cost me .59 for color copies and .11 for black and white. Staples said they cannot do because of the sizze of the invite paper(or he was an idiot)

I would like to save money and DIY, however the printer I have is outdated. The total cost of using Kinkos and purchasing the invites is = to me purchasing the invites online and having the company print them.

Pleae help ladies!! Ccan you tell me where I can find affordable invites.

Bridesmaids
Lost One!!!
Well its been sometime, bit since I have been on WBC, but since I blogged. I have been working hard with the wedding decorator and we are scheduled for our Engagement photos next Saturday. But today I got the news that my little cousin(25) is not able to be in the wedding. She travel for her job and will be in San Francisco the week of my wedding, so she not only is unable to be a bridesmaid but she is unable to even attend. I am NOT angry at all, just disappointed that my cousin won't be there to share my special day. Did I mention her dress is paid for on a ship from CHINA as we speak.

But the good thing is I have options.

Option 1
FH 's niece was to do a reading during the ceremony but had really wants to be in the wedding. (Well that's what her MOM said) So I can call the bridal shop tomorrow to see if they can alter the gown from a size 14 to a size O. I don't think they will , considering that they will be practically be splitting the dress in half.

Option 2
Ask my Aunt to substitute

Option 3
Ask my Step-sister to substitute.

I was hoping that the wedding drama would pass me by, but I am remaining positive that everything will work out. In the meantime, I open to any feedback you ladies may have to offer.

Wedding Shoes
Well, I decided to purchase the Paris Hilton Bonita shoe in magenta. I could not help myself, however I know the color really has nothing to do with my color scheme. But I just was not feeling the shoe in ivory or white. So last night I went on Overstock.com and found THE SHOE.

What do you think?

I decided to get them in Silver, instead the standard ivory or white can't wait to see them in person.

But I still love that Paris Hilton SHOE....:)
