Me & Rachel (good friend/bridesmaid) are going to DL Fitness tonight to take our 1st "ever" Pole Dancing Class!!! I'm sooooo excited (can't yah tell) and a little nervous but I'm really looking foward to 2nite - its going to be soooo much fun I can't wait!!!! I will definitely take pictures and post them tomorrow of our experience. Wish me luck :0)

you will LOVE it!!! I finish my first 8 week session on Saturday and Level 2 starts on Tuesday!  I absolutely love it and it is so much...and a really good work out.  Have fun!

im not sure if they gave you any advice...but here are a few...don't lotion up the day of the class (well I suppose it's a little late for that) because you will slip on the pole..or at least wash your hands before going in really well.  Don't wear pants--if you do then you'll just need to roll them up.  You need skin on the pole.  :-)
