Ask a Question
Ok, what's the problem?
I am pretty computer literate, so why am I having a hard time adding pics? Am I missing something? I clicked on the camera icon, a box pops up, but no luck? I want to add some pics to share. Help?! :)

235 Days Left
God is good! 235 days left and we are pretty much done planning except for the minor details. We have all our vendors booked, contract signed, paid for and/or a deposit down......all except a limo/car for after the wedding and invitations. My old wedding planning days and promotion event planning experience has paid off! : ) The only thing I am waiting to do is make the final selection on my dress. I am still in the midst of dropping some weight and getting bride ready! Also, I just want to see the dress and yell YES THATS THE ONE! I haven't quite got there yet, but I do have one I did yell OH MY! I am not worried though, because I have seen other brides settle. I am not settling! I don't like cookie cutter dresses and I don't want what everyone else is wearing (retail chains). So, we will see.

The Proposal
Breathtaking
Glory be to God and God alone for he has strategically planned and blessed this union. Our lives crossed paths four years ago in Norfolk, VA when Barron was stationed there in the NAVY and it was apparent I caught his eye and heart quickly. However, for me the timing was not good. A couple months after meeting he had to leave and after two years of him touring in Bahrain and returning to the states, only God could have ensured that I was ready spiritually. In those two years I rededicated my life to God. When I first met Barron I knew his relationship with God was sincere. He was the first and only man who held my hands and asked me to pray (other than blessing food). Only God kept us on each other's minds and hearts for all that time and made sure no one or thing stepped in the way to prevent the ultimate! After a year of reconnecting, on Wednesday, December 23rd the love of my life proposed at bible study in front of my family and church family! Only my Dad knew......after offering to do the closing Barron went on to tell everyone how four years ago he tried to make things happen on his own, but finally realized and understood the timing wasnt right. However with God all things are possible and when you wait on God he will provide. Barron proposed in a Steelers jersey which if you knew how much I love the Steelers, but how much he despise them you would understand the depth of his love! : ) He unveiled the jersey under his sweater while approaching me down the aisle as I sat there in awe hanging on to every word he said. He even had a Steelers Terrible Towel! The church family clapped and shouted Amen as Barron got on one knee and proposed! There wasnt one dry eye in the church! The congregation sang Amen to us as we hugged and embraced the moment. God is good! Agape!
