Monogram with Initials
Our wedding cake is going to be similar to this one with a monogram on top. I'm not sure if we are going have only the letter C for our last name or sCj for our first name initial on both sides of the capital C.
Also since our wedding will be fairly small I didn't want a 7 tier wedding cake with cake displays on an off set stand but something simple, elegant and square shape.
The wedding cake will be buttercream served with vanilla bean Ice Cream & Fresh Strawberries topping. The ice cream will be in a waffle cake, I thought this would be different; however our guests will have the option to choose.

Very nice. It has a  classic and elegant feel. You cant go wrong with that.
You also just gave me a sweet tooth talking about strawberries and ice cream..LOL
That is going to be soooo good. Your guest will love it!

I really like the first picture. I think vanilla ice cream and strawberry toppings will be a lovely twist.
