Sorry ladies, I deleted this post by accident. Anyway, here's an updated: my fiance' and I went to the Cobb Probate Court and got our marriage license. The process with pretty quick. We only had to show our IDs and fill out some paper work. Once that was done, we had to pay for the cert, however, neither of us had cash only Credit Card, so stupid of us... so my fiance' had to walk to the bank that was down the street to cash out of the ATM hahaha. After we paid the clerk informed us of the next steps after the ceremony and that was it. I must say that I was sooooooo thrilled to put down my "new" designated surname WOOHOO!!!

So Annoyed

I'm so annoyed; why are people......... my fiance's family crossing out the number of guests we have reserved for them at our wedding/reception and putting their own number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so pissed off, this is so rude on sooooooooo many levels. People don't understand how expensive weddings are especially the reception. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe that I only have 30 more days until I get married, yikes. The last week has been overwhelming with finalizing everything and the phone calls from family and friends with questions etc etc... but I honestly have loved every moment. I have to thank peachybride09 for telling me where to find these bridesmaids shoes... When I saw her bridesmaids wearing them on her site I had to inquiry and she kind enough to give me the information and I went to rushed to the store and picked them up today. I love them and so does my bridesmaids and they were super cheap. I had the salesperson take a person of me in them hahaha .

They are the perfect chocolate strappy sandals. THANKS PEACHYBRIDE09!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nautilus Wedding Shells

I finally placed my order for the pearlized nautilus shells for our sand ceremony. They can be purchased at a really good price on ebay. If you purchase this type of shell I would advise that you order between 5-7 inches, the 1-4 inches are fairly small. I ordered the 6 inches. I also ordered a Victoria vase from sandsational Sparkle with a lid.

I honestly have no idea what jewelry to get my girls...I have four attendants, all dresses are separates; three of the girls are wearing long truffle(dark chocolate) skirts and champagne tops, and the moh is wearing all champagne. So should I get them these pearls in chocolate (bridesmaids) and champagne pearls for the moh? Or anything suggestions!

My DIY Invitations...Simple

Here is a sample of my DIY Invitations. I purchased my pocket fold invitations from Michael's, they have a really nice wedding section. The Ivory Metallic Envelopes I got from Sam Flax. For the Ivory paper I went Kinko's; I also had them cut the invitation, direction, RSVP and hotel accommodation cards. Since our wedding/reception is by invitation only we had to word the RSVP card to say "We have reserved_____seats in your honor, this also is a way for us to control the number of guests. I filled in the number with a calligraphy pen also from Michael's. What a long process, now next project the fan programs and table names!!!! Wish me luck!!
