This is tholland45's Purple Wedding!

Ed and I talked about getting married 2 months after we met. We knew we really wanted to be together and decided we would start looking at rings. In March of 2009, we went ring shopping and of course, I wasn't really expecting to find anything, I just wanted to take my time. We went to Fred Meyer Jewelers at Sunrise Mall and looked at a lot of nice rings. I couldn't find anything that really caught my eye and we were about to leave, when the associate helping us said she had something she thought I would like. She went to the window where the ring was for viewing and brought it to me. That's when things changed and Ed saw the look in my eyes and knew this was it. That evening March 19, 2009, we went down by the river and there he purposed to me. It was a night that I/ we will never forget!

Here is my granddaughters flower girl dress. It's White with Short-Sleeves-Satin-Organza. Of course, the girl in the picture is not my granddaughter.

Can anyone suggest a good color for our place settings? All I've been able to find is some plain purple plates that are god awful ugly! My bridesmaids are wearing a Lapis Purple color. I really need some help.

Well 3 weeks before the wedding and I'm still looking for White Jordan almonds for a decent price. Lost my job almost 2 years ago and had planned on putting the wedding off until next year but my wonderful mother just started planning. Anyway, I've looked on several websites for the almonds and don't know which one to pick.

Any suggestions?
