Tiffany Co.. Bags and Boxes
found a site that sells Tiffany bags and boxes (not authentic but who cares as long as they look good. People will toss them later anyway) They are very reasonable but shipping is a bit high still not bad overall.
But the ones on Sophiesfavors match the other decor better. I just like the fact of having "tiffany" on the bags. I am going to do the centerpieces and wishing well myself. I am going to do the tiffany style boxes on some of the tables then a vase with the Tiff blue water and rocks, candles and mirrors on the other. I plan on sprinkling the table with matching crystals. I also found tulle to wrap the chairs in. The tables will have white linen but the napkins both cloth and paper will be in Tiff blue. Of course I am going to leave those pink flowers out I just like the boxes The website....ioffer.com I also found items on ebay by searching Tiffany Wedding or weddings You will find the centerpieces, card boxes and wedding cermony set There is also a ton of links to invitations |

Ladies, let me first say that when you pick your girls pick people who care about you and your happiness. This is your day and you deserve to be happy. Do not allow others to ruin this special time with their strife. To bridesmaids to be.. As a bridesmaid you must know your place.. did you really get picked or did you win by default. Maybe the bride really didn't want you to be in the wedding to begin with but because you may be related to her or him they choose to allow you to share this special time with them. So if you drop out or choose not to participate it may be a no harm no foul play. We decided on a beautiful gown from Davids Bridal very inexpensive and very flattering to the figure. Strapless to show those neck lines and arms off. Keep up the good work working out ladies.... |

The Proposal
The Official One
well, although we had decided on getting married the official proposal had not happend yet. So it was suppose to go down on Christmas in front of his family at dinner. Heres the kicker. He had the ring in his pocket all day right. When he announced to his maternal family that we were going to get married well lets just say that I have yet to hear congrats. But thats cool to each is own. He loves me and I love him and they can support us or not. So anyway he got upset with all of the negative what if this happens what if that happens that he never got to get to the proposal and give me the ring.( I was still stuck on the what if questions to even realize what he was up to I was like what if the roof caves in what are we all going to do then) so we left needless to say
The next morning as I tried to get over the shock of what was said. He came to comfort me and assure me that "we" are in this together, despite what the they says say.. So next thing was he asked me did I love him, and if I still wanted to marry him. I said of course they didnt change my mind with that mess. They dont know me like that, they think they know you but don't and they dont know what we have together because they dont live in our home. I was sitting on the edge of the bed and he knealt down in front of me. I thought he was just leaning in to kiss me or something. But he pulled out the ring...I asked if I would be his wife. It was so sweet, I burst into tears. Show stoppers cant stop this!!! |

Tiffany Style Wedding Cake
This is a hard one. Many people have their idea of what the Tiffany color really is. So the cake color may vary and the bad thing is you wont know what shade it is untill the day.....
Also the ribbons on this cake are made of fondet so it is expenive and from what they say it doesnt taste to good. I also found out that to get the cake to have the box effect they have to use fondet as well. But some will make it with a buttercreme mix or under a thin layer of fondet in order to save the taste of the cake. But I have a few people that will make this cake for about 2 a slice.
