This is tilligirl's Pink Wedding!

Hello there brides!
FH and I have been engaged for almost two years now. It is finally almost a year until the wedding and I feel as though everything is finally starting the feel real! I can actually start planning and doing things now!
Here is my question: We never got engagement pics done... is it silly to get them now after so long? I would really love them but FH thinks its silly.
What do you think?

I am DIYing my centerpices and I really want to use Ostrich feathers. I don't like the Eiffel Tower vases so I am going to use tall cylinder vases, like the picture. My mom is paying for the centerpieces so I want to keep the price as low as possible. Has anyone with a smaller budget done feathers and if so where can I get them cheap?

Dilemma! My fiance has his heart set on a white tuxedo for the wedding- I honestly dont mind- I like the white too. But everyone we talk to including both our families HATE the idea! They all say some nasty things about it. I still think it will look good but I need some other opinions or validation that it will look good! He will have a hot pink vest to match my wedding colors. Any ideas??
