Engagement Pics

Hello there brides!
FH and I have been engaged for almost two years now. It is finally almost a year until the wedding and I feel as though everything is finally starting the feel real! I can actually start planning and doing things now!
Here is my question: We never got engagement pics done... is it silly to get them now after so long? I would really love them but FH thinks its silly.
What do you think?

I don't think it's silly. Just call them "being in love" pics :) lol maybe he won't think they are so "silly" then. Ya'll are going to keep those pics forever. I say go for it, it doesn't matter how long ya'll have been engaged!!

NO its not silly! Go for it! You always look back and wish you had gotten them. Hey your still engaged right? So they are still engagement pics in my opinion :)

Not silly at all! My FH and i have been engaged for ..wait for it...wait for it...4 years, lol. We had twins, layoffs, etc. But anyway we are having engagement pics done and we're even having an engagement party/bbq. So do it! There are no rules when it comes to weddings and marriage the only rule is doing what makes you and your FH happy, screw everyone else's opinions! :)
