We're Moving!!!!!!
Hello Ladies,
Haven't been here in a while but I wanted to stop by to let you all know that me and Eric are having so much fun being married. It's such a wonderful feeling. Also I just wanted to share our good news with you all. WE PURCHASED OUR 1ST HOME!!!!!!!!!!! We have truly been blessed with this house, it came at a time when we weren't really expecting it, but God just dropped it on us and we are oh so grateful. 4br, 3baths, full basement and a 2 car garage. It's our dream home and we plan on being in it for a good 20 yrs or at least until all our future kids are gone off to college, LOL! We close on Dec. 30th and will be bring in the New Year in our new home. Praise God. Now we can start to work on our family!!!!!! |

Toiya's Wedding
My BFF got married, 10/11/09!
My BFF Toiya got married on 10/11/09 at the Bolingbrook Golf Club right outside of Chicago. The weddig was beautiful and very emotional. She made a beautiful bride! Congratulations to Toiya & Jeremy, they looked very happy. I'm so proud of her, and they're expecting a baby. I'm gonna be a Tee-Tee. They are very excited and so am I. They honeymooned in Oahu, Hawaii. Stil can't believe I was a Matron of Honor and not a maid, how ironic is that! We's married now. I still can't believe we're both married, 2 years ago, if someone had told us this is where we'd be, we would have laughed out loud. But look at us now!

Girls Night Out!
The most amazing time ever!
OK girls I know I'm posting stuff backwards but everything was all in 2 weekends and one of them was the weekend of the wedding. My Bachelorette Party/Girls Night out was 2 days before the wedding. We had a blast, Dinner at the Grand Lux Cafe on Michigan Ave. (my favorite restuarant), then the best drag queen show ever and lastly bull riding at hogs and honeys. My friend Lisa bought me the cutest Bride to be cowgirl hat to ride the bull with. How cute was that. I had sooo soooo sooooo much fun and I did not expect so many people to attend, there were about 60 girls that night. WHAT A CROWD, I REALLY FELT THE LOVE!
And what's so funny is that my mama, my auntie and my MIL had more fun than me, they're off the chain. So glad that my MIL isn't a stick in the mud, lol! She fit right in with my mama and my auntie! |

Our Dream Honeymoon!!!
L.A. then Maui, Hawaii
We had the honeymoon of a lifetime, and I just wanted to share a few photos with my WBC family. We flew to L.A. the day after the wedding, we slept from 6pm to the next morning, we were exhausted. But after the rest we went to the walk of fame, enjoyed to sites of Hollywood. We purchased a City Pass when we book our flight through Expedia. So we did a few tours and went to the brand new wax museum. Then that Friday morning it was off to Hawaii, Maui that is. We stayed a Kaanapali beach club resort. We had the most amazing time. We went to the top of a volcano to watch the sun rise, we went zip lining, a Luau at Royal Lahaina, a sunset dinner cruise, and the road to Hana. And every chance we got we watched the sunset from the cabana on the beach near our hotel, who wonderful is that. Well enjoy the pics!!!

Rehearsal BBQ
Our rehearsal BBQ turned into an all out Paarrtaaay!!! It was the night before the wedding and I didn't get to sleep until 2:30am. But it was well worth it we had the time of our lives and so did the guests.
