My Ode to Meringue

I had a thought today, meringue favors! They are cheap and easy to make...I am going to do some research into this...but here is my inspiration for meringue favors!

* you can alter this recipe to make as many as you want, on this site
* they can be stored in an air tight container for 2 weeks...
*they are soo cute and you can make them into most shapes, and colours...I think I love this idea

I am having these as well. Similar to the photo you have with the pink cupcake wrapper. It will be two meringues with a layer of chocolate ganache in the middle. My bakery where I am getting my cake is making them. I think mine will be light blue.
