Not sure if you would mind a preowned dress, but there are a few websites out there where brides are selling the dresses that they wore for 5-6 hours for a fraction of what was originally paid.
Most are already professionally cleaned. The only real catch that I see is the alterations... if you are tall and need all that comes with the dress from the manufacturer, you may be out of luck... I am short so I really only have to explore the other measurements... bust, waist hips...
