Mrsfrancois - once you've downloaded them, find the folder that they went to (mine go to My Documents - Downloads).  Open the folder that the downloaded font is in, as well as the My Computer - Fonts folder.  All you have to do is click and hold on the font in the Downloads folder and drag it into the Fonts folder.  Your computer should automatically install the font, and it should appear in Word.  Good luck!
