Hi Ladies!!! So here's my dilemma........I had my first dress fitting last night and my dress fit almost perfect. The only problemis it's a little tight on top causig my fat...lol...to show a bit . The seamstress and Bridal consultant advised me to try to lose 5-10 pounds and it will be perfect. I'm getting married June 19 and My 2nd dress fitting is June 10 so that gives me approx 4 weeks to drop and tone up. Any suggestions or workout videos to tone upper body and lower you tried that worked? I really have no time to workout at a gym.Please help!!
On the bright side,,,,,,while at the bridal salon last night the conultant showed me a new line of dresses they sell "LOVE by Enzoani" she showed me the most beautiful dress so I couldn;t help myself and had to try it on.....It was perfect and I loved it. Since I have 3 weddings this summer not including my own my mother surprised me and told the consultant to measure me, check if we can have it back before Aug 21. The consultant said no problem and my mom ordered it for me....."Thanks sooo Much MOM!!!! I love it....only thing is I ordered the dress in the picture shown in that exact colour...anyone that knows me knows I always order dresses in Black and already have a few in my wardrobe. The consultant and my mother convienced me to order this colour, What do you think of the colour and what colour heels would you wear with this?

Second; I love that color, I think it's a great color. Spices things up a little.
Also....lots and lots of water. It will make you shed water weight.
And if you put lemon juice in your water it is even more beneficial.
Also, try just doing 30 min to 1 hour of walking/jogging per day OUTDOORS. You will see results within the first week.
- drink TONS of water
- low carb, smaller portions
- and 30 day shred is nuts but it works!
