Bridal Fitness Challenge
160 Days!
I made myself this Fitness Challenge and I can testify that it works. I've been letting myself go these last months so....I absolutely need to get to it. These are real easy tips that will literately change your lifestyle.
SIMPLE RULES: A) Exercises: -30 minutes of Bicycle+50 set-ups everyone morning waking-up; -30 minutes of Bicycle+50 set-ups everyone evening before bed time B) Nutrition: -3 Bottles of Water Daily -1 Apple a day (minimum) C) Avoid: -Bread -Pasta -Potatoes -Cheese (Only during occasions and with plenty of water) D) DO NOTS: -Eat after 8:00pm -Sugar (Candies, Chocolate, Pastries...) -Salt (Chips, Fries, Bacon...) -Fat (Butter, Oil, Mayo...) That's all! *My Goal: Loose at least 15-20 pounds. From: March 1st To: August 9 -Wedding day! which makes a total of 160 days tags:
