Ladies I first found this site eight months ago and I would like to say how happy I am that I did. I have been so inspired and have had so much support from everyone. I recommend it to all my future brides to be.
Our Wedding is on Friday and I am so EXCITED we did it in eight months and all I can hope for is a beautiful day. So here I am now saying my good byes as a Miss and now becoming a Mrs. WOW it seems like such a dream. I wish all my other fellow brides and happy wedding planning. For all the girls who are getting married this weekend Good Luck and enjoy every minute of it. I am signing off as of today, because I have my rehearsal and dinner tonight. Tomorrow I am going to the spa for a stone massage and a zen water treatment compliments of the hubby to be for all my hard work. After that I am checking iinto my Bridal suites with my Bridesmaids and having a good old fashion slumber party. Then it will be the BIG day. I will see all of you on the other side. Thanks, Diana |

Ladies my fiance went all on his own like a big boy and picked out and purchases his guys gift. We are baseball enthusiast and so are our friends, so they are each getting a MLB money clip with their favorite team on it. He brought them home and all I did was wrap them up for him, I thought it was a pretty great idea.

Alright ladies these are a few items that I have been working on. The first two pics are my short vases for centerpieces. The tall ones which I post about on a previous blog will have 50 fresh watermelon color carnations. The short ones will have 75.
Picture 3 and 4 are of my bathroom basket, I forgot to take the pic with the sign. And yes I did not pass up on this. I was going to because it was one more last minute thing, but we really wanted to make sure that we had some Dramamine available for our guest, because we are getting married on a yacht. It's simple and sweet and although I have 4 restrooms I only made one. I figured that if someone needed something another guest will have pointed it out. Pics 5 and 6 are of my birdcage for our cards, This was actually the white one that they sale at Michael s. All I did was spray paint it black, and added the card I typed it along with a few crystals. |

So I originally bought these shoes at Davids Bridal. I had seen them online and absolutely fail in love with them, to my surprise thy were going to be discontinued but they said there is one pair left at the Davids Bridal in Brea so I rushed over to try them on. They were the last ones left and they were on clearance for $12.00.I took them but I really wanted pink ones so I said to myself I wonder if I take them to the shoes place and give them the watermelon swatch same color as maids dresses if they can do them. So I did and they did it cost me $30.00 and worth every penny. I luv them and they are so comfortable.

Bridesmaids

So here I am four days away and today I finished programs, centerpieces, and Maids & Flower girl gifts. I got white plain bags and then used damask stamps on the outside. Watermelon tissue paper same as the girls dresses. Well I got them a few things because I didn't have that much $$$$$, I really hope that they like them. Instead of getting those tanks that say bridesmaids on them I decided to get plain black ones and use iron on letters for their initial. I hope that this way they would wear them again. Then I got a damask note pad and pen set, mirror, nail file, candle and my favorite lip gloss from bath and body works. Remember I have six bridesmaids and it really adds up. For my Flower girl who will soon be my niece I got a FG purse and shirt. She loves to color so I thought the mees free crayola wonder would be great for her to take to the wedding. My ring bearer who is also my 10 year old son I have no idea what to get him, any ideas? What do you think?

Bathroom Baskets
So I am getting married on a yacht and wanted to do a bathroom basket. It does not have a women and a men's room they are four individual restrooms. So do I have to make four? Can I only make one and place it in the middle of the restrooms? Or do I make two? Please help ladies. It's this Friday and the funds are running low.

I know I only have six days left and I need to finish six centerpieces but I didn't have a monogram which I wanted to add to it. So I went on Etsy paid my $3.00 and got one. I know it's only in black and white but my flowers are pink and so is the ribbon, I think that it's going to be OK what do you think?

I can't believe that the time has gone so far only 21 days left and I will be a Mrs. I am so excited and so overwhelmed at the same time. So much to do still but I am hopeing to put a big dent in everything this weekend. Wish me luck and happy wedding planning.

OMG the future FH and I got home from work and to our surprise we has two large boxes witting for us at the door. For a moment I thought presents for me or do I mean us hunny? He says to me I think so. We were so indecisive about opening them but after making a few calls to the best man, parents, and MOH they said sure then you can start working on your thank you cards. This is the first present we received and I think were about 36 days out to be exact. I am so excited. I finally feel like a real bride, and it's all becoming a reality. Did anyone else open their presents before their wedding?

I am sooooooooooooooo excited, because my mom and MOH have been working hard to plan my shower and it's finally this Saturday. It's our first event leading up to the big day and I am finally feeling like a real Bride. I am a little picky when it comes to parties because I am known as the party planner of all parties to everyone I know. So for my own party I had to let the power go and wish for the best. My MOH is so awesome I know she'll do a really great job. I found a really cute dress and shoes for the night. So all I know is that it has a pink and lime green theme or should I say colors. So hopefully I'll post some pics up on Sunday. Oh yeah the theme she told me was a naughty but nice shower.
