Ok I have no idea how people get such nice pics of their ring . . .I can't haha My wedding band will be like the band on this with diamonds the whole way around so if I get an aniversary band it will only be half diamons so I can tell them apart! :)

Hold your camera away from your hand and zoom in instead of holding your camera close. Turn off your flash and use natural light.

You are not alone.  I think I have about a good 40 pictures of my ring and about 38 of them are horrible, hahaha.  Soon2bsfitz, is right.  This is what I found to work the best for me.  I actually got even better pics of my ring off of my hand.  I placed it on a candle, and turned all the lights on in the room.  By placing it in the candle it tilted it up slightly so the light reflected off the diamond just right :).

I wish you luck, but trust me we all have those bad photos of our rings.

If you camera has "super marco" looks like a flower and a flashlight symbol.... turn that on! That was the only way I could get an amazing pic of my ring
