This the type of invitation I am going to make with the cardstock that I bought (cardstock pictured in blog entry below). I figured a Couple's Shower invite doesn't require a lot of information. Here's the link to the tutorial:

The picture of the pink invite was my inspiration to start searching for a tutorial on how to make these types of invitations. You can find anything online.
For my pocket invites I'm going to make half of them yellow pockets with an ivory card. The other half I'm going to make a pink pockets with a ivory card. I have some pink, yellow, and white daisy stickers that I bought at Michaels. I'm going to use those instead of a paper daisy like in the picture of the blue invite. I will be using ribbon that's the opposite color of the pocket envelope. For example pink ribbon on the yellow pocket and vice versa.
Here's the wording for my Couple's Shower invitation:
You’re Invited!
It started with a kiss,
and now it's come to this:
Travis XXXX & Marrona XXXX
are getting married!
Please join us for a Couple’s Shower
and shower the couple with gifts
they will use together.
on May 5, 2012 at 1 p.m.

You're Invited will be flanked on both sides by a flourish that I downloaded at:

You're Invited will be visible at the top of the card sticking out of the pocket. I'm hoping to make a mock up soon!
