I will find this out Thursday. My FH and I have an appt. to taste some (hopefully) good cake. Even though we have someone to make our cake for us, we just love cake so we are doing cake tasting at some bakerys.

hopefully better! our baker, like most,  has a huge variety of flavors, etc so we are setting up a cake tasting to choose. I'm sure they taste great!

It looks like all the cakes you picked out here are made with buttercream. I've never had fondant before, but I've heard it's really grainy and thick. Buttercream frosting is light and fluffy! So I'm guessing if your baker makes a replica of any of these cakes...they'll taste even better than they look! Yummy!
