Hey Girls!!!
It has been almost 2 months since I last wrote on here...and so much has happened.
We had our tasting scheduled for last month...I was soooo excited to get to the reception hall and taste all the food...my mom came an hour away and my FH parents came and met us there..we walk into the venue..and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. She had no clue we were scheduled for a tasting!! I was soooo mad! I started crying and just felt so bad for our parents...but the lady was super nice and felt terrible so she ended up giving us 20% off our ENTIRE reception!!! WOWSERS!! That ended up making me feel better! lol. So we rescheduled the tasting and left feeling a little bit better. Anyway...so we had our (second) tasting this past Friday and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the lady was soooo nice! She gave me the final amount and it is way under what i had expected, budget wise!! So exciting!! :)
Anyway....my bridal shower is coming up on April 14th. So that will be exciting!! It is a purple and green theme. Nothing too fancy. Simple. Which i like! And my Bachelorette party is April 21st. We are going to Put-In-Bay. My sisters are putting the whole thing together so I don't know anything about it! That makes it more fun!!
OHHH YEAAAA.....I had my Boudoir Shoot on friday!!! Ahhhh!!! Totally forgot for a second! It was sooooo nerve-racking...at first! By the end of it, I felt so comfortable and sexy!! It was soo much fun. I wore 6 different "outfits". My FH is a bootie type of guy so we had a lot of rear shots..and I know he will love it. One of my close friends went with me and we took a 6 pack of beer...she drank 4 and i drank 2....just to loosen us up a little bit! lol. I can't wait to see the pictures! I'll post some on here...if they are appropriate! haha. I go view the pictures on April 20th.
Lastly...I got our invitations out!! I tried uploading them on here for you to see, but it doesn't let me put a PDF on here..anyone know how I can get it up here? They are perfect! I ordered them from Blush&Ink on etsy. She does amazing work!! Everyone I have talked to love the invites and I love getting the RSVP's back!! Its fun!! :)
If I get a break at work today I'll upload some pictures of some things I've ordered from Etsy....all sorts of stuff!! :)
Phew...busy busy month ahead of me!!!
I hope everyone is doing great with their planning! Its hard to believe that in under 2 months I'll be married and on my HONEYMOON!!! YAYYYYY!!!
