We were referred to our caterer through an acquaintence of mine. His rates are EXTREMELY reasonable for a plated dinner. Approx. $25.00/plate depending on what you meat you get. This price also includes passed hors deurves during the cocktail hour, and a chocolate fountain (which I will have set up during the candy buffet time, after dinner and cake), as well as waitstaff (enough to accomodate for your guest size). I get all my linens (tablecloths and overlays,skirting for headtable <--in an array of 22 colours), cutlery/flatware, glasses & china. This is also including set up/clean up! I am thrilled with this caterer and what a great value we are getting! I feel oh, so blessed! :)
