This is weddingfun's Blue Wedding!

So my mom God bless her heart has been making my bridesmaid dresses. When we first decided on fabric and a pattern whe had 180 days (according to this countdown) well here we are its crunch time with 14 days left and the one dress she cut out and I got someone else to sew it and well it was a desaster......long story short had to go find a new dress for her at the store yesterday. She is making my moh's and jr bridesmaids as I am writting this. I have been so stressed about these dresses and my hubby all he had to say was......"Selena its just a dam dress get over it" I lost it. Is this how its supposed to go? what happened to lets make it as simple as possiable and enjoy our time aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh I am loosing hair Im so flippin stressed!!!!!!!! Well we found a replacement dress thank God. I wish I could get the pictures of how it looked on here....but know that I cried not once or twice but for two days over this. I picked a maternity style dress because at the time my moh was trying to get pregnant (and it hasnot happened yet) and my original bridesmaid just found out she was pregnant. she is ready to pop so she has dropped out and my closest friend here in town has stepped in.

Well we chose our cake.lol well I let my Hubby pick it and this is what we got.....it will be red blue and silver. and instead of the things on top we will have our cake topper. I hope its as cute as I picture it in my head LOL

I am so excited..........I found my wedding dress. It was on my short list when I went dress shopping on saturday in the city with my girls. I came home only to toss and turn about the whole thing. I was so stressed. I knew I wanted that dress I just would not give myself permission to have it. Well today I went down to our local bridal shop and low and behold there it was for the same price it was in the city. Oh my goodness I am so happy now today that dress is mine:-) Now to find the right flower for my hair get the henna done on my feet( I am going bare footed) and find a necklace and earings and ill be set for it all.

Well I am getting excited now.....on Wednesday I went to the city and finaly went wedding shopping for a few things. I ordered the paper through my sister in law for the invitations what a deal in the store its on average $2 a sheet and through her it was $0.10 a sheet woo hoo!!!
Then we went to a wedding rental store and I found floating candle holders and the right color of napkins for $0.50 each. We got our cake topper and it cost the same as the rest of the stuff we bought there LOL. Oh life is good:-)

Now tomorrow I am going in with the girls and my mom to buy my dress......I have never done this before Im so excited.

I have a question for anyone that is reading this though are you going with a strapless bra or a corsett??? I cought a corsett but not sure now about it........any ideas???

Well here I go again..trying to figure this all out. My husband and I eloped last september and are now planning on renewing our vows in front of all our friends and family and having a big celebration. I am pretty excited but dont know where to even start. I have the hall, the church and DJ booked. Food is waiting for numbers. Now to settle on the invitations oh boy. I have decided on center pieces and will post pictures once I have some made lol they are so cool.....ball and chain with our names and date on them along with a flower arrangement. We have a friend looking for a gong for the ceremony...once they introduce us after the vows it will be rung to let the gong show continue ha ha ha ha. We are a very qwerky couple and plan on doing everything our way and having fun with it all I cant wait.
