Speaking of the budget.. didn't plan for having to find centerpieces!

Yeah... so I had my centerpieces all set (see my very first post). Since then my brother and SIL divorced. They weren't even married a year. She and I had always had a great relationship and she offered to still let us use them back when they split up.

Fast forward 6 months. I email her to check in and ask about the centerpieces because I want to do some color additions to them and wanted to have time to do them right. She said her mother sold them! Really?? If they were going to just be sold, I would have bought them in a heartbeat. I was crushed..and now I'm in a state of panic because we truly did not budget for such a thing. It would cost me $400 to duplicate them. Argh!

I spent most of last night - until 3am to be exact - centerpiece stalking the ladies of WBC. I did find the centerpieces pictured (thank you for your inspiration Treasurechest46!) Most of it purchased at the Dollar Tree! There's hope!!

Theres a lot of DIY sites out there, I am sure you will be able to find something at a low cost , there is hope dont stress :) try these sites:

That was really rotten of her Mom to do, and for not warning you. But yes, you can get those vases at the dollar store(thats where I got mine) and if you have a Hobby Lobby, they have ribbon and floral half off about every other week. Good luck!!!!

Here's the sad part of my day with this dilemma today.. I told my MOH/BFF about it today and she totally rained on my parade. Why do people have to do that?

Maybe it just takes a bride to understand.. which I appreciate!
