Fiance and I had picked out the tux for him already, but we were supposed to have a fitting with Tux Shop #1 - they didn't order the vests we wanted to see on, didn't bother to tell us that fact before we came in for the appointment, and then never followed up with us after that to offer an apology or anything. if they're already this full of issues just getting the groom fitted, what's going to happen later when it counts? Not happy!!
So we went to a different tux shop, picked everything out all over again and we're much happier. It all went super smooth.
