Damask Typewriter

I need some opinions ladies! I've been looking at it too long with one set of eyes.

I covered my typewriter with damask contact paper to be used as my guest book. My question is..

Photo #1 - more coverage OR

Photo #2 - less coverage

(Apologies for the quality of #1.. my phone camera isn't as good)
