Candy Buffet
candy for the kiddies
I'm feeling the idea for the candy bar. I'm seeing this in alot of weddings and I think it would be fun for the kiddies and the adults. Candywarehouse.com has candy in every color even PURPLE lol and its not that expensive either.

go with the candy buffet..... i heard on a wedding show that you should have tons extra. like for example 2oz per person 100 people = 200 oz  or 12.5 lbs well then you should have enough for 3 oz per person so 18.75 lbs or just 20 to make it even.

they said to have so much extra because it enhances the decor
ohh and use really cute vases. I think it would be such a hit.

we are having little glass slippers with green and pink candies in them. hersey kisses would be perfect for that, i never even thought about them!

I had a hard time finding scoops for my candy buffet.  Our colors were brown/hot pink and could only find aluminum or white scoops.  We thought of using the clear scoops but wanted something unique.  We finally found a "plastic shovel" in hot pink no less!  The candy buffet was a hit at our reception and everyone loved the shovel scoops.  We found them at scoops-scoops.com and they are so cute!  Oh, we purchased 1/4 pound of candy per person and not too much was left over.  The new Mrs. Ricky Thompson  :-)

I think a candy buffet is so cool! Looking @ all the candy makes me want some! I'm just nervous we will have to much or to little and what do you do w/ the left overs?!
